Your points credit is based on the order value of the respective purchase:

€50.00 - €99.99 20 Pts
€100.00 - €129.99 30 Pts
€130.00 - €149.99 45 Pts

Please note: Due to technical reasons, the special tiered prices (from Diamond +) are only visible and redeemable directly in the online shop.
When is the discount applied?
The status change occurs after the completion of the invoice that crosses the point threshold.
Example: If you reach 100 points with your current order, the 5% discount will only be automatically deducted starting with your next order.
Where can I find my current point balance?
- On your last invoice (top right).
- In the Hago-Shop: My Account ➔ View Last Order.
