  • The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors and omissions excepted.
  • By clicking the button [Buy], you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

Hago, Martin Hackelbörger
Kolpingstr. 9, D-59329 Wadersloh, Germany
Phone: 0049 2523 959611 | Email: Service(at) hago-shop.de

You may use the Model Withdrawal Form (PDF) or our Online Withdrawal Form, but it is not obligatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • For the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
  • For the supply of goods that can spoil quickly.
  • For the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
  • If goods have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

The prices include statutory VAT. For deliveries to other EU countries, the VAT rate is adjusted to the rate applicable there (OSS procedure).

Shipping costs Germany: Flat rate €5.50 (free shipping for orders over €30.00).

Delivery time Germany: Up to 5 days. Details for international shipping can be found under Shipping Costs and Delivery Times.

Payment can be made by invoice, SEPA direct debit, or PayPal (incl. credit card).

  • Invoice (Germany): Due within 10 days after receipt of goods.
  • Invoice (EU): Due within 14 days after receipt of goods.
  • Retention of Title: The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

GTC for Resellers (B2B)

Only for entrepreneurs, traders, and institutions

These terms apply exclusively to entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB), legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law. Deviating conditions of the purchaser are not recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

Offers are subject to change. We are entitled to accept the contract offer within two weeks. The conclusion of the contract is subject to correct and timely self-supply.

In case of delivery delays, a reasonable grace period (min. 14 days) must be set.

Obvious defects must be reported in writing within four weeks of receipt (preclusion period). The warranty period for new goods is one year from delivery; for used goods, it is also one year.

The entrepreneur does not receive any guarantees in the legal sense from us.

Shipping is at the risk of the entrepreneur. The risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

Transport damage must be reported immediately with confirmation from the transport company.

Invoices are payable net within 14 days. Offsetting is only permitted with undisputed or legally established claims.

Extended Retention of Title: The goods remain our property until all claims from the ongoing business relationship have been settled. The entrepreneur is entitled to resell the goods in the ordinary course of business; he hereby assigns to us all claims in the amount of the invoice amount that accrue to him through the resale.

German law applies. If the entrepreneur is a merchant, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is our registered office (Wadersloh).

Should individual provisions be ineffective, the contract remains effective in all other respects.
